Responsibilities

  • Discover client requirements and pain points to propose and configure tailored propositions.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities and discuss relevant technologies as part of our platform architecture in the context of the client’s tech stack.
  • Develop technical proposals and sharp RFP responses.

Education and Experience

  • 4 to 7 years of experience as a sales engineer in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proficient in AI, cloud-based solutions, APIs, and integration methodologies

Step 1

Written test

  • Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
  • Functional section – this is a take-home test

Step 2

Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)

Compensation

  • Base salary range is $120,000 to $140,000 per year. Plus, performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the base salary.
  • Stock options.
