Duties/Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team and prospective clients to identify requirements and pain points, developing tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product capabilities and value proposition.
  • Create and deliver compelling technical proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.

Education and Experience

  • 4 years of experience as a pre-sales consultant in the Enterprise customer engagement SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of AI trends, cloud-based solutions, APIs, and integration methodologies.

  • Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
  • Functional section – this is a take-home test

Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)

Compensation

  • Base salary range is $100,000 to $140,000 per year.
