Duties/Responsibilities
- Consult and assist eGain customers with day2day configurations within application, Knowledge Authoring and generating reports and insights for customer’s operation.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
- Knowledge and understanding of UI related changes using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
