Duties/Responsibilities

  • Drive $100k to $2m+ opportunities to closure in a highly competitive marketplace.
  • Develop, manage, and deliver against pipeline and bookings targets.
  • Develop contacts into leads and work through the entire sales cycle, while presenting eGain’s value based on the client’s needs.

Education and Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience focused on new logo hunting in UK, DACH, and BENELUX.
  • Experience in selling to Global 2000 clients within the Manufacturing, Telco, Retail, Healthcare, Utilities, and Field Service sectors.
  • Experience in selling to business leaders in Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Field Service.
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Management, Conversational AI and Contact Center solutions and technologies
  • Ability to travel
