Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements to discover, consult, and guide knowledge transformation projects using eGain’s novel Knowledge Method and our top-rated AI Knowledge Hub.
Education and Experience
- 2-4 years of content strategy, content management, or knowledge management experience.
- 1-2 years of leading enterprise client engagements (most eGain clients are large companies).

Step 1:
Written test
- Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
- Functional section – this is a take-home programming test
Step 2
- Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)

Compensation
- Base salary range is $90,000 to $140,000 per year.
