Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements to discover, consult, and guide knowledge transformation projects using eGain’s novel Knowledge Method and our top-rated AI Knowledge Hub.
Education and Experience
- 2-4 years of content strategy, content management, or knowledge management experience.
- 1-2 years of leading enterprise client engagements (most eGain clients are large companies).

Compensation
- The base salary range is $80,000 to $120,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
- Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company performance.
