Duties/Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications working with the team members in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new tools and automation practices into development processes.
• Collaborate cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
• Own code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Efficiently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Own the development and maintenance of software documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.
• Own the mentoring and development of junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices in software development.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Node JS OR Python, Typescript etc.
• Experience of leading the team responsible to develop web application using Node JS/React JS/Typescript
• Experience of design and development of technical solutions using Serverless AWS Services like Lambda, System Manager, ECS etc.
• Experience with software development frameworks and tools (e.g., Angular, React).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
