Duties/Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop and maintain AI-powered software tools, services, and applications.
Education and Experience
- Ph. D. in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university.
- 0 to 5 years of software development experience.

Written test
- Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
- Functional section – this is a take-home programming test
Step 2
- Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
